Today is the second week we practice in the kitchen, this week there is an event that is the Job Fair which will be held in our campus for 2 days and we were in the 5th semester in charge of making lunch boxes at the ceremony. We were divided into 3 groups: groups 1 and 2, in charge of finishing lunch boxes for 2 days and group 3 learning to make croissants.
This time I was in group 2 and handled red bean soup. My job today is to soak the red beans for several hours, then boil them until cooked and then store them in a chiller for tomorrow. After that we clean up the area used and do general cleaning.
