Today I left for campus early because today I am Incharge for the first time in class 1A. Today my Incharge friend is Nia and Darma. At 7:30 I, Nia and Darma told Semester 1 to immediately Oneline and pay attention to their inappropriate grooming.
I also told the class leader from semester 1 to take an absentee and my friend named Nia, immediately attend them while checking their tools, assignments and Log Book. While Nia served them one by one, Darma and I were in charge of checking Grooming, their tools and tasks that had been given previously by Supervisors who had inched yesterday. Today there are 3 people who come late and the reason is because the three of them are trapped because there is a wedding event-
Today the material that is being offered is Method Of Cooking, and actually today they are doing a way to make Brown Stock but because the ingredients are not available so they will do 2 weeks in the future, after we give the material we ask questions with them while waiting for a break. We also asked them the reason for choosing Culinary Arts and their answers were average to broaden their knowledge of food. After the break time ended we told them to read smallbook for 5 minutes to review.
