Daily Activity (English Version)


   After yesterday I didn't go to campus due to illness and today I was able to re-join even though it wasn't too stable. Today I came to campus at 7:00 a.m., as usual before entering the kitchen, first we check the grooming, equipment and furniture one by senior incharge After that, we went to play kitchen oneline, before starting the activity first we prayed that everything went well and smoothly. Today I joined Appatizer section for 1 week and today we present Celebes Buffet and prepare for Buffet Europe.


   After waiting a few minutes, Mr. Ical came and explained a little about the buffet celebes. After that, we immediately started doing. My group took the preparations that were prepared yesterday, namely peeled shrimp, spice paste, and half-baked jalangkote. First, we saute the tomatoes, then saute the shrimp. Next, we destroy tomatoes and mix them with shrimp. Finally, mixed spice paste and flavored with lime, salt, pepper and basil. Next, we fry jalangkote and make chili sauce. After that, we serve food from the kitchen to the restaurant.

After cleaning, we started preparing but before that, we were on line first and the supervisor explained a little about Buffet Europe.

As I said before, my team will handle the appetizer for 1 week. So, for today, my team prepared macedoine of vegetable with mayonnaise and monte cristo and club sandwich. But, because bread is made by bakery today, so we will make monte cristo and club sandwich tomorrow. First, we take ingredients for vegetable macedoine: carrots, turnips, long beans and cut into macedoine.




After that, we prepared ingredients for jelly fruit salad: grapes, pineapple, oranges, and cut.




Then, we make jelly.




Next, we pour half molded jelly and pour the fruit and then cover again with jelly. Cool it down.




Finally, we put all our preparations in the chiller. After preparing, we started the general cleaning immediately. 19.00 we were oneline and there was some information from Mr. Ical and then we were able to go homes.
