Final Practice (English Version)


Today is June 07, 2019 with a feeling of worry coming to the campus, why? because today is different from the usual day.Today is the final practice where we are on the last day of semester 2 and will go up in semester 3 and will get junior, the time passes so fast that it does not feel we have a year of college.Many things I get in semester 1,2 both happy and hard and many obstacles that sometimes make me down but I never give up in order to be a useful person later and I say this is not how, there are still hurdles more wah in the next semester and in the industry. There is pride alone in this department.


After the vent, we returned to today's activities in the kitchen. Our group is the third group that practices. The menu that we practice today is Indonesian food which consists of jalangkote for appatizer, figure of utan for soup, konro bakar for main course and banana ijo to dissert. At 08.00 we came to the kitchen just to prepare and I got preparean pisang ijo, we will start practice at 13.00.
At 13.00 we went back to the kitchen and did the one line. For banana ijo section, first we prepare the material, such as banana that has been steamed, all porpose floor, coconut milk, water, pandan leave, green food coloring, salt and white sugar. After that we immediately make it start from banana in steamed, then made dough for his skin and last the sauce.


After all the sections finished, the Chef told us to plot the complete menu per person, then we went to the office to explain how to make all the dishes. After that, we also do a general cleaning and followed by breaking the fast together. after we finished breaking the fast we immediately went to pray. At 20.00 we did the oneline in front of the kitchen and got some direction from the Chef, then pray and go home to each.
