Daily Activity ( English VErsion)


Hello guys back again on my blog, today I left my house to the campus at 6:30 am, up on my campus me with my friends directly did one line. Like usually before entering the kitchen, we, absent and checked the completeness of the tool, check grooming and etch .after that we entere the kitchen to store our stuff in the locker and return did one line in the cold kitchen .While waiting for the lecturer who incharge we were told by seniors who icharge to read and read small book.


Furthermore Group 1 did the finishing of materials that have been prepared on the previous day. Meanwhile, group 2 prepared the materials to be used on the next day. There is a fundamental difference between these two types of dishes. Thai cuisine has a very distinctive taste, because the people of Thailand really like the spicy taste. But it is balanced with saltiness, sour, and sweet. While chinese cuisine has a mild basic taste on the tongue, though. There are also several types of cuisine that has a fairly spicy taste.



Well, today's opportunity I was given the confidence to prepare thai food ingredients. Which where my friends and my group, preparing the ingredients gai dltid tajrai which will be used for tomorrow. Before that I will allude to what is gai tod tajrai. So gai tod takrai or in bahasa indonesia means chicken fried is one type of thailand cuisine that has a distinctive taste. After the practice ends, next activity was general cleaninng which is executed together with senior semester 4. Starting from the smallest equipment until the motorized equipment and then proceed to clean the parts of the kitchen until it is completely clean, followed by drying the floor until it is completely dry.
