Hello guys back again on my blog, today I left from my house to the campus at 6:30 am, when I arrived at campus with my friends, we directly did one line. Like usual before entering the kitchen, we absent and being checked the completeness of the tool, check grooming. After that we went in the kitchen to store our stuff in the locker and returned one line in the cold kitchen .While waiting for the lecturer who incharge we were told by seniors who icharge to read our small book.
After that we waited for the lecturers who come to explain and give directions about the rotation II.2 menu, but before that pak wawan came in to provide motivation for our spirit because when we did Widya wisata there were a lot friends cried like a baby that's why pak wawan provided motivation for us to not cry again, finished pack wawan gave us motivation, pak wawan was replaced by pak jaya to explain a little menu that will be made today, like yesterday we were in for group like the previous day.
At 09:00 we prepared all ingredients that want to do today, today's rotation menu is 2.2 ie Thai food. Only Group 1 was preparing and doing today, Group 2 just cleaned area and helped group 1, after that my group was in group of 10 prepared to make product that catfish catfish, and the material we prepared quite simple and why I used fish catfish because lee fish rarely in love, than that I though a catfish chips. Today I made my full make product. After everything was done, we did general cleaning then went home to each.
