Daily Activity #1 (English Version)

Continental Breakfast


        Today is the first day I entered the kitchen in the second semester. Before I leave for college,first I prepare personal utensil that will be brought to the campus to enter the kitchen,after that I had breakfast and then shower and get ready go to campus. At 07:35 Am I arrived at the campus,while waiting for our one-line time to fix grooming and us usual before entering the kitchen first we are absent check the equipment  and then enter the cool kitchen one-linewhile waiting for the the lecturer/sir syahrial who will give the material.


        After the lecturer/sir syahrial enters our class to give material and motivasion to keep developing and studying harder more especially those related to the kitchen and inform what made today.After the lecturer/sir syahrial materials finished we directly  do with each group that has been distributed,I entered in group ten (10) and my group got "Soft Roll" After done finished us in order to break by senior about 1 hour.








       
               After the break we were divided into five (5) group and my group got recipe croissant . Croissant we prepare for the breakfast menu the next day,first I scale the materials needed to make a croissant .we make take turns and takes a while,after croissant is made we keep it in chiller to bake tomorrow. After doing our direct general cleaning,finish our general cleaning one-line and get ready to go home respectively.
