Hello Guys...Back again on my blog,today is the second day of practice the second week in the second half. I leave home at 6:40 am went to campus,at 08:00 we are one line in front of the kitchen.As usual before entering the kitchen we first absent,checking equipment and grooming,after that we go to the kitchen store bag and other luggage in the locker and return one line in the cool kitchen.At 09:00 we were given a little material by our lecturer namely Pak Syahrial and told presenting for Rotation 1.1 Menu.
After given a little material by the lecturer ,we group two out kitchen to discuss mini project that will be done until the fifth semester,since today we again off so that stack all the food for rotation 1.1 menu that is group one.After that we went to kitchen one line at 11:30 to prepare for tomorrow about rotation menu 1.2 our group get appatizer that is macedoing of vegetable mayonaise with vegetable size 1/2.After that we take all materials and tools neneded and do it.
After all we prepare to rest at around 15:00 to eat,pray and so forth,after that we returned to the kitchen to do general cleaning as usual this is done before going home.After that we rest back,that's where we were fed by the supervisor.After all we finished one line back to the front of the kitchen to listen to the delivery of the pack of victorius,after that we get ready,pray and go to home.
