Daily Activity #7 (English Version)


   Hello Guys...Back again on my blog,today is the third practice in the second week in the secon semester. I leave home at 6:45 am to campus, at 08:00 we are one line in front of the kitchen.As usual before entering the kitchen we first absent,check equipment and grooming,after that we went to the kitchen store bags and other items in the locker and return one line cool kitchen listening to a little direction from the lecturer who incharge and supervisor.

  At 08:30 we group two do a lot of activities because today we are stubborn all the food and group one off.For menu today is "Menu Rotation 1.2" from the my group get appetizer part that is appetizer,to appetizer menu that is macedoine of vegetable mayonaise where its vegetables cut 1/2 macedoine.After that we blanch all the vegetables that have been cut into pieces and drain it the continue to make Mayonaise sauce.After that we are presenting and ready for opening restaurant at 12:00.





   After everything is over we also rest around 15:00 pray and so forth,after that  we returned to the kitchen to do  general cleaning as usual this is done before going home.After that we rest back,that's where we were fed by the supervisor.After all we finished one line back to the front of the kitchen to listen to the delivery of the pack of victorius,after that we get ready,pray and go to home.
