Now every week practice there will be 10 of us who will go to "Gammara Hotel" and practice there. As for the menu that is practiced today is Oriental Buffet, but before doing so we divided the group into 4, I was in group 2 and we were entrusted with made dessert for 1 week. After the division of our group was told to do right away but my group discussed first who made Tang Yuan, Khao Heow Ma Muany, Tang Zong, I chose to make Tang Zong. And after that, we start preparing to prepare tomorrow. Because for this week my group will handle dessert, so we prepare Red Velvet for tomorrow, my group friends and I only make Creme Brulee. After we finished preparing, we started the general cleaning immediately.
