Daily Activity (English Version)


Hello guys back again on my blog, today is the third day of practice.I left home to campus at 6:30 am, arrived at my campus with my friends straight line. As usually before entering the kitchen, we, absent checked the completeness of the tool, grooming check. After that we went in the kitchen to store our stuff in the locker and returned one line in cool kitchen. While waiting for the lecturer who incharge we were told by seniors icharge to read and read small book.


Yesterday Me and other friends have prepared all the ingredients that are needed in Thai cuisine so  today live doing.Nah this time my group handled the Dessert ie Khao Neow Ma Muany or Manggo Sticky Rice, which is Khao Neow Ma Muany or Manggo Sticky Rice is a traditional Thai dessert made from glutinous rice, fresh mangoes and coconut milk. Although originally from Thailand, this dessert is consumed throughout the Indochina region of Southeast Asia, including Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. mango peak, summer months April and May in Thailand.


The main ingredients needed are sticky rice, fresh coconut milk, salt, and mango. To prepare the dish, the rice is soaked in water and then cooked with coconut milk then given a little salt then steamed and then cooled to room temperature. Mango peeled and sliced. To serve the dish, the rice is put on the plate, a few pieces of mango are placed on top or sideways, and the remaining coconut milk is sown on it. In making this Dessert method used is Steam (Steaming). In this thailand dessert why use coconut milk? because the characteristic of thailand food that is spicy and full of spices, but combined with the balance of sweet, salty, sour taste.Nah point is this relax is to neutralize the spicy taste on foods that have been previously eaten.
