Daily Activity (English Version)

Today was my second day of practice, because today coincides with the 17th of our ceremony, so all students were expected to attend the ceremony and we were told to come to the campus early because the ceremony will be held at 7:05. After we finished the lami ceremony immediately replaced our uniform the cook shirt, while waiting for friends who still change clothes we prepared our grooming before one line.I finished it into the kitchen then prepared grooming like napkin, handkerchiefs, nails, and more. After that we were one line in front of the kitchen and then the senior called one by one our name for the inspection of grooming, after grooming inspection and utensil equipment was complete, we went into the kitchen and store the bag at the locker then we were one line back in cold kitchen.



Before we started the practice, we first prayed that led by the head of the class named fikri. After that we waited for the lecturers who will give directions, soon Mr. Ichal came in and explained about how to cut salmon because cutting the salmon was a bit difficult for us who are still learning, finished explaining about what we were make today, and after explained about the menu  today. We were given the meat of salmon one by one to try it, I also tried it and it was not tasty, want to throw up, know the first time eating raw salmon hehehe, Finished to explain, seniors took over again.


After completing the tasks distributed by the seniors, we took our materials that have been prepared yesterday and immediately doing. Firstly I started mixing the ingredients into the bowl like flour, baking powder and eggs then in the mix until the dough is soft, after all mixed even I gave seasoning to taste, then I mix the cabbage and leek into the dough and then fry it with a little oil on teplon. I finished making sause mayonaise and sause teriyaki for topping and finished it me and my friends one line back, and our senior review, finished our review was break and after that we do general cleaning as usual before went home.
