Today I woke up at 04:00 am, I quickly woke up because one of my classmates named Fauzia asked for help to be woken up. He is my good friend from the beginning of registration until now. As usual before leaving for campus I cleaned up the house first then go to campus at 06:30, to the campus one of my friends asked if it is finished your duty given senior yesterday? i also just remember and do it, after that I repair grooming and one line at 08:00 am.
Before entering the kitchen as usual we are absent, checking equipment and grooming then enter the kitchen and store the bag in the locker and return one line in cool kitchen.Before start our activity to pray first, while waiting for the lecturer who incharge we are told senior to read-baca small book.An hour later the awaited lecturer enters (Pak Jaya) explains about the terminology and the way of making Rotation Menu 2.1.Because I am a group of two, I went out kitchen and other friends to continue mini project, because the practice today is group 1 about chinese cuisine.
At 11:30 am the group 2 went in to prepare Menu Rotation 2.2 in this rotation menu all thailand and my group got Khao Neow Ma Muany, after prepare our prayer permit then go back to kitchen one line because pak ical want to go explain about the menu today and for the menu tomorrow then we were given the task of looking for all the terminology. Then after that section for general cleaning and I got a job in the main kitchen, after all we had a short break and then returned one line for the preparation to go home respectively.
