Hello guys back again on my blog,today is the first day of practice the third week of the second semester. I went to campus at 06:50 am,arrived at my campus with my friends one line.Usually before going in the kitchen we are absent,checked the equipment,checking grooming.After that we go in the kitchen to store our items in the locker and back one line in the cool kitchen to receive directions from lecturers/seniors who incharge.
Shortly afterwards the incoming lecturer came in giving some motivation and direction about 1.4 rotation menu.After that group one out to do mini project and group two that is in cool kitchen to do prepare,but before the preparation we were given direction by senior then we divided the group which stack the menu of food that is menu rotation 1.4.My group got preparation menu Clam Chowder,then we immediately took the ingredients in chiller then immediately do it with supervised by senior.
After that we were given 1 hour brak and had to go back to cool kitchen 03:20 hours.So soon we were reviewed by senior,after all in review by senior we were given a little direction.After that we divided some section for general cleaning.Every persion is different section,I got the the cool kitchen and this is done every day before going home.After everything is over we take a break then one line and get ready to go home.
