Hello guys back again on my blog,today is the second day of practice the third week of the second semester. I went to campus at 06:40 am,arrived at my campus with my friends one line.Usually before going in the kitchen we are absent,checked the equipment,checking grooming.After that we go in the kitchen to store our items in the locker and back one line in the cool kitchen to receive directions from lecturers/seniors who incharge.
Soon we were reviewed by seniors,after review we were given directions about the rotation menu 1.4 by seniors. After that group one out to do mini project and the two groups that are in the cool kitchen to practice for the opening restaurant later,but before practice we were given directions by seniors to take all the preparations we made.We went straight to the rear chiller took all the preparation and the take materials needed,after that we practice from 09:00-!1:30.
After that we were given 1 hour break and had to go back to cool kitchen one line around 17:00. Never long then we were given a little direction.After that we divided some section for general cleaning,Every people different section,I got the cool kitchen again and this is done every day before going home.After everything is finished we take a break while waiting for the kitchen to dry,then we are one line andgiven direction by pak ical and preparing to go home respectively. This day home long time around 20:00.
