Today is the third day of practice in the first week of the second semester. I leave for college at 06:50 am got on my campus straight one line with my friends and seniors who are incharge this day.As usual before entering the kitchen, we are in absent,checked uniform,equipment completeness,grooming and others.After that we enter the kitchen store our luggage in the locker and back one line in the cool kitchen to receive materials and directions by lecturers about what will be made to day.
Starting from the division of group sections,which group will prepare for the menu of indonesian breakfast next day. And my group got prepare english maffin after the section division was done we were direct doing,my group and friends went straight in pastry to weigh the ingredient that will be needed in making english muffin. After it was done all our back one line and seniors were incharge giving us a rest around 12:35.
At 13:35 we went back to cool kitchen one line neatly and directly in the review by senior,after all in one class review,while waiting for the time for our general cleaning introduction name and origin from where because seniors do not know all our names.After completion of section division for general cleaning,before returning we have to clean all areas of the kitchen so during practice tomorrow kitchen not dirty and comfortable work. After finish all our one line return to receive directions from sir ical and after that we go home.
