Hello guys back again on my blog,today is my fourth day of practice in the first week of second semester. I went to campus at 06:50 am,arrived at my campus with my friends one line.Usually before going in the kitchen we are absent,checked the equipment,checking grooming.After that we go in the kitchen to store our items in the locker and back one line in the cool kitchen to receive directions from lecturers/seniors who incharge.
After that we started for group and my group got prepare coffee and tea,we also directly take the needed items and directly make it.after our group work was done, I immediately helped my group friend to slice watermelon,orange and others. Soon i got my turn to enter at the restaurant for table maner,then finished at the restaurant i went back to the kitchen to help my friend closing restaurant.After that we one line and clean up a little cool kitchen,then break 1 hour.
At 01:30 we went back to the cool kitchen for one line and reviewed by senior,after all in review by senior,after all in review by senior we were given little material.After that we take a break for the senior semester four who is still doing in the kitchen,after seniors finished doing we immediately started the general cleaning.Every person is different section, I got the cool kitchen and this done every day before going home. After everything is finished we take a break then one line and ready to go home.
