Daily Activity #2 (English Version)

 

     Hello Guys..Today I will tell you the experience I did on campus especially on my food production management or often called  mtb. I left for college at 06:50 am and arrived at the campus at 07:05. Today i am a bit dissapointted,why? Because for the first time get twice without a description in the previous semester never got. The first mistake i made is late to come and the second did not bring a plastic cup that had been asked by the lecturer but i forgot...Hehehe

    Shortly afterwards i went straight to the cool kitchen oneline and stood by the group that had been distributed and we started to start the product already lecturers for each group and group say get prepare ingredients "English Muffin" to be the used breakfast menu tomorrow. Each different group of tasks there is a special make coffee or tea,egg dishes,bake and after oven restaurant  we are given a break by senior to eat,pray and came back online in the cool kitchen at 13:40

English Muffin

Ingredient:

375 g Water ( See Mixing Instructions)

8 g Instant Yeast

500 g Hard Flour 

8 g Salt

8 g Sugar

12 g Nonfat Milk Solids Shortening

8 g Shortening 

    At 13:40 we back oneline in cool kitchen then lecturer enter incharge again and explain about blog,explained about how to full the blog along with limks that will be filled and explain about mini project,how it works and this project will be done until the fifth semester. After that we were reviewed  by senior,after everything is done we take the items in the locker and took him out the kitchen and we do the general cleaning before going home.
